These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Montana Education & Training Sdn Bhd (“Montana”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including education consultancy, student recruitment, training programs, cloud infrastructure services, and the Smart Tracker platform.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.


2. Scope of Services

Montana provides a range of services including but not limited to:

  • Local and international student recruitment and education consultancy

  • HRDC-registered training programs and career development courses

  • One-to-one tutoring (English, IELTS, career-focused training)

  • Managed Cloud Infrastructure services (Private Cloud, AWS, VMware, Backup)

  • Smart Tracker system deployment and monitoring at KLIA Terminal 1


3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • Use the platform and services only for lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse our systems


4. Intellectual Property

All website content, training materials, Smart Tracker interfaces, and technical systems are the property of Montana or our partners. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any content without written permission.


5. Access to Smart Tracker

The Smart Tracker system is a restricted platform intended solely for operational use at KLIA Terminal 1. Access is role-based and limited to authorized personnel (admin, supervisors, ground staff). All user activity is logged for accountability and compliance.

Unauthorized access or misuse of Smart Tracker may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.


6. Cloud Service Use

Users accessing Private Cloud, Managed AWS, or VMware services are expected to comply with our acceptable use policies. Access credentials must be safeguarded, and data hosted must not violate any local or international regulations.

Montana reserves the right to suspend services in cases of abuse, security breach, or unpaid subscriptions.


7. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the website or services will always be available or error-free. Planned maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances may result in downtime.


8. Limitation of Liability

Montana shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data due to user actions or third-party failures

  • Downtime or delays due to system updates or external service providers

Our maximum liability shall be limited to the fees paid (if any) for the specific service affected.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or service access without prior notice in the event of:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • Non-payment or breach of contract

You may also discontinue services by contacting us directly.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts under applicable legal procedures.


11. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after updates implies your agreement to the revised version.
